Why do we bother paying for a plan which includes live chat support when you ignore it!?

I would like to be able to add in my business expenses and be able to see transactions including money going in and money going out. Similar to what Fiverr Workspace have.

Ability to set up email automation workflows for clients

Including dark mode to the app/dashboard completely

I don't see any accounting options. It would be great to have some features that cater to this.

It would be nice to be able to move widgets around on the dashboard as a default setting.

I'm interested in being able to use Indy when I'm on the go either through an app or web browser.

Open up the API so we can build our own workflows and automations outside of Zapier or other "locked-in" ecosystems. Ideas for usage: Better support for complex automations. Don't want to to be stuck with what Indy thinks is best with Zapier. Adds additional cost, too. Build client portals until Indy offers it natively Analytics dashboards

I would like to be able to customize the Dashboard to display exactly what I need
