Feature Requests

My clients are invoiced for work completed with flexible pay options. I like to keep my records clean by having a live tab of how much they paid and when they paid it and whats remaining on the invoice. As it stands right now, I can receive partial payment but cannot reflect the changes on my indy invoice. This should be a feature. Im surprised a function like this is not available.

I have found once a deposit has been paid on an invoice and it is partially paid, I cannot edit the biller on the desktop version. But on the mobile version I can still edit and update the biller details. Can this feature be added to the desktop version?

xendit is the stripe of south east asia.. so pls integrate this payment option so that we can easily invoice client who is in asia

I would like to able to create monthly and yearly income report- this should be a a basic feature. I will have to transfer to another platform once my yearly plan is over

I’d like to suggest integrating Xendit as a payment option, as it serves as the "Stripe of Southeast Asia." Adding Xendit would make it much easier for us to invoice and receive payments from clients based in Asia. Thank you for considering this addition to support our regional business needs.

I would like my clients to be able to make the monthly invoices payments automatically (like subscription-based).

Currently, you can only see the latest status of an invoice such as Read, or Sent, etc. But if my invoice was Read, but then I resend it, it changes back to Sent. I'd like to be able to see a log of different status' with their dates. For instance, I'd like to see each time the invoice was read, or the date that it was resent. Thanks!

Ability to record partial payments

Whenever I get a new client (or it's a new year) I have to send them a W-9. It would be great if the W-9 was just always available for the client to download when they receive the invoices.

Please have our logos saved into our contracts, invoices and etc. It's a nuisance having to upload it every-time... and have an uploaded logo system upon setup creation.
