I'd love to have a welcome page on the portal which shows the client a quick indy video on how to use it, and it could be templated to automatically include the things I'd manually add to each portal like FAQs, best practices, welcome pack, etc

Create standard workflow steps and associate it with a deliverable. For example if the Deliverable is Website then associate it to a workflow for web design where the workflow steps are tracked/ticked off Phase 1 Onboarding (steps Quote sent, Quote Accepted, Deposit Paid) Phase 2 Fulfillment (steps: Content received, Inprogres, Revisions, Final Payment, Hosting, Website Live Phase 3 Follow up (steps: Referrals, Reviews, upsell SEO)

I wish to have subtasks and checklists under Tasks

I have multiple projects for the same company + would love to be able to assign projects to their parent company

I'd like a gantt chart view of tasks assigned to projects.

When you click inside an individual project, is there a way to show the pipeline stages of the project, so you can keep track of your progress?

I should be able to see collaborators time tracks on a project so I can add all time tracks for the project to a single invoice.

id like to request a team feature and not more focus on solo biz on a pro account..my teams growing and we are partnership.. we woul like to have 1 team account and deligate a lead to our va and also set a lead to our desired member and we can monitor his/her task on that list of lead.. I mean we have the main data of lead and we assign to them the leads and we monitor and follow them on that.

It would be great to be able to assign tasks to clients and have milestones that clients can see.

It would be great if we could work on internal projects in the portal as well. These wouldn't need contracts or invoicing, but would still need deliverables, tasks and project plans etc. It would be so useful for working on my website, or planning content for social media, or a calendar of networking events, or prospecting etc.
