It was looking hopeful for a while, someone answered a PRO support query on 'Chat' a few weeks ago, but now radio silence again... I've just renewed my subscription which make it morefrustrating. The issue is a bug where email notifications are not being sent when a file is shared, you would think they should be quick to action this. I've even reached out to the company on LinkedIn! Ashley Whitehair and Brittnee Miller, I can see Hellobonsai has Proposals, Tasks, Timesheets & a Client Portal, but does it have the equivalent of 'Files' where you can upload designs/PDF's, etc. and get an offical approval or sign-off? This is what I quite like about Indy, and my clients like this process too.

Visual Unity hello bonsai does offer the ability to upload and share files with clients through a portal, but I’m not sure that there is a way for the client to officially approve it or sign off on it, other than maybe leaving a comment? I switched to bonsai last April and have been very happy with it for the most part.

Brittnee Miller - thanks for the prompt reply. The CEO just replied to my LinkedIn message. I hope they get on top of their customer support. I don't really have the time to setup another system, but I will if this situation doesn't improve, especially when functionality does not work! Many thanks again :)

I still haven't had any responses to the live chat or email after over a week of waiting.
Today I will be finding a new platform to use. If anyone has any recommendations, please add them to this thread.

Ashley Whitehair I moved to hellobonsai. It’s pricier but works so much better, has many more features, and the customer service is top notch.

Brittnee Miller I've done exactly the same. It is pricer but yes the features and customer support are incredible.
Indy going to shit has been a blessing in disguise.

Totally agree. This company has gone down on service which is why I did NOT renew my subscription to the paid plan.
