I really think that indy doesn't care about their customers and it is literally not fair that something is under review for 4 years and there are no updates either I think it is best to switch to a different software where they care about the feedback from their customers and are ready to evolve according to the market and keep their customers interested through their new services

They continue to accept payments through AppSumo and are very responsive on that platform, but here we receive no response at all. We've reached out multiple times with questions and concerns, yet our messages go unanswered. This lack of communication makes it difficult to resolve issues, track progress, or get support when problems arise

My assumption is that they burned through their VC funding and now they're limping along on their below-market subscription income. Hopefully I'm wrong!

I changed platforms after the "Add new Contact" bug a couple weeks ago. That was the last straw for me. Too bad, Indy was the best value back in 2023/2024.
