Open up the API so we can build our own workflows and automations outside of Zapier or other "locked-in" ecosystems.
Ideas for usage:
  • Better support for complex automations. Don't want to to be stuck with what Indy thinks is best with Zapier. Adds additional cost, too.
  • Build client portals until Indy offers it natively
  • Analytics dashboards
