I think many have requested ways to track emails within Indy. If this is meant to be an all-in-one platform, then we need a way to track and find client email conversations in Indy. I propose that you can choose a gmail label(s) to be a part of a project, so you can click that label and see all emails associated. Users can choose to make gmail rules, or just manually tag emails, so the are under that label. I'd imagine other mail platforms have similar tags that can be utilized.
