Can you tell me how to set up/integrate my email in Indy? Is it possible to format the chats like an email? Why doesn't indy have an email feature?

2-way email sync please!
Yes, email sync would be very much appreciated. Start with Google ;)  I 100% agree with Jonathan Walker's recommendation.

Forwarding email into Indy and specific projects, tasks or chat threads would be good to keep conversations sent outside of Indy together.

I think being able to import email transcripts into the chat portion of a client’s profile would be very useful. Especially if you’re working with a client you haven’t fully onboarded.

It would be amazing to have a two way sync between email and Indy (a native Gmail integration and/or IMAP/STMP) so that I can send a message from my email account or from Indy and it would be logged in both.

Too often clients start an email chain in the email inbox and there's currently no way to track those conversations in Indy. Instead you would have to read the email in your email inbox, log into Indy, and then navigate to the client's chat to respond. The interface and experience of chats is great from an Indy user's perspective but since clients use email to communicate having a two way sync would would make for a more flexible communication workflow for both sides.
