It's fine that the proposal name defaults to the title that's at the top of the proposal. But we should be able to edit that title to something that helps us differentiate it between other versions of that proposal that we're considering before sending to the client. Right now all those versions are identical from the menu and it takes trial and error to figure out which one is which.
