Better communication experience with Clients

It's very confusing to my clients how they can chat with me through Indy/the emails they receive. I wish there was an easier way for my client to interact with chat (and just generally with me in the product)

if a client responds to a message from their email, will appear in chat- is there anyway of it appearing in the chat?
