App Cost versus Features

The cost of the application is going up however, the features have not expanded to include baseline of other apps that cost less. I would love to know the feature timeline prior to renewing my subscription.

This doesn't even have the most basic of features. You cannot even create templates for heaven's sake! I wanted to like it, but people have been requesting templates and other basic features for years and nothing.

Agree, there are also lots of small fixes they could do to improve user experience which I have posted a feature request for here:

What is also concerning is no one is answering support queries anymore. I have unread support queries and emails dating back 6+ weeks ago. Erica Rosas Jonathan Ramos ??
