I echo Amy's suggestion. Adding profile pictures and additional fields, such as website links, social links, and birthday reminders, would provide Indy with more CRM-like capabilities. This would help us better track and nurture client relationships.

At present, we rely on Notes to store links and other details, which makes searching and filtering cumbersome. Introducing these enhancements, including customizable fields, would greatly improve efficiency and usability.
