You should also be able to add additional emails for a single user. For example, I sent two proposals now to the same person who worked for my states tourism (Virginia Tourism) and he didn't get either of my emails and said it's likely gone to their spam filter, but I sent another one to someone else and they got it. He gave me a personal email but I have to edit his contact as it will only allow for one email.
