It is sometimes unclear if assigning emails and "types" to people is going to alert them or send them emails when they are added. Having alerts or ways to confirm what is being sent and emailed (or evening having the option to not send anything without approval first) would be very helpful to make sure my clients aren't getting confused with several emails and making them use things that are not needed.
