Currently, you can only see the latest status of an invoice such as Read, or Sent, etc.

But if my invoice was Read, but then I resend it, it changes back to Sent.

I'd like to be able to see a log of different status' with their dates. For instance, I'd like to see each time the invoice was read, or the date that it was resent.
