Ability to add attachments to proposals

Rebecca Pringles I have worked out a method to add "attachments" to Indy Proposals. It's not a perfect solution, but this workaround can be used for documents like Welcome Packs, Portfolio PDFs, Onboarding Docs, Appendices, or for Terms & Conditions and Services Agreements.
Here are the steps to follow:
Step 1:
- Go to ‘Files’ in Indy.
- Create a ‘New Folder’ where you will save your admin/onboarding documents.
- Upload the files to this folder. Note that these files do not need to be attached to a client or project.
- Click on the ••• 3 dot icon and from the dropdown list, select ‘share.’
- Click on ‘Create a shareable link.’
- Click on the ‘copy link’ button.
Step 2 - Option A: Text link
- In your proposal, highlight the ‘call to action,’ for example, ‘Download Welcome Packet,’ and then select the link icon in the text editor.
- Paste the link you copied earlier into the field.
Step 2 - Option B: Image/banner link
- If you want the link to be more visually appealing in your proposal, create a banner image (the width of the image module).
- Insert the image into your proposal.
- Click on the image once, and the text editor options appear.
- Click on the link icon and paste your created link into the field.
Tip: When an image has a link attached to it, the browser does not display a hand when your mouse hovers over it. Therefore, you could create a call to action with a ‘button’ in the graphic that prompts people to click the banner.
With Options A and B, the user will be redirected to an Indy 'File' page where they can view your attachment/PDF and download it.
I hope this is helpful to anyone wanting to attach documents to their proposals.

Attach PDF to Proposals

It would be great to be able to add attachments to Proposals. I offer proposals with lengthy appendeces that include workshop summaries and objectives that don't copy and past well into the body of the proposal so being able to attach would be great!!
