I'd also like to you a pipleline or steps that can be duplicated for multiple projects that will follow the same steps with new people that can even be shared with collaborators so they can see what's next or due from them. Perhaps this will cut down even further on the back and forth. Thanks.

Yes, sometimes a lead for a new project comes from an existing client. They may say, 'hey, were thinking of getting you to do social work/photography/design, etc.' but they are not ready to start or haven't requested a quote yet. Currently a lead can only be attached to a person, not a business.
