We deeply apologize for the delay in releasing Client Portal. Unexpected challenges popped up, and it took us longer than anticipated to develop, test, and stabilize the feature.
Our team is excited to announce that the first version of Client Portal will be out next week! We've been working tirelessly on it since we teased it in our newsletter and we will continue to make improvements spearheaded by your valued input — so please don’t hesitate to leave any feedback once the feature has been released.

I contacted support regarding the client portal and got... "We are actively working on our first version of the client portal and will be releasing it over the next few weeks. We're targeting a release at the end of May."

Little Paddocks Flowers IOW: this is beyond frustrating. Ive been holding out hope for a couple of years on this... and then a couple months ago they teased a beta version being released in May-June.
Ive emailed multiple times asking questions on this, all ignored. Not sure why they would even mention it if they cant deliver.

We sincerely apologize if you experienced any frustration due to the delay in the release of Client Portal. You won't have to wait much longer; the feature will be available to use next week.
We're sorry to hear that your inquiries were ignored, and it's a bit surprising to us since our support team is very responsive. We've taken a look at our support channel to make sure that we weren't missing any messages from you and other community members, but we couldn't find any. The best way to get in contact with our support team is to use the 'Contact support' button in your profile dropdown menu.
We appreciate your candor in this feedback as it lets us know where we can improve!

I would like to have a Client Portal as well - the other features are clean and definitely better than some other tools I found. But the lack of a portal makes it challenging to communicate with my clients .. the lack of a centralized hub is an issue.

- See Projects/Review Projects
- Review Proposals
- Review Contracts
- Direct Chat and Messenger
.. Only a few things that could really make this app pop.
