Please update us via email (& the changelog) when you make changes to the platform. I had been uploading files and my clients weren't receiving notifications. I've only just realised that you have now set files to 'private' after upload (which is much better BTW) however this was not clear and it took me a day to work out why they weren't getting the notifications. I finally noticed you changed the text in the blue box to say this, but if you are a regular user of Indy you would not have noticed this and assumed it still said file notifications are sent straight away. Another option would be to have a big pop-up to tell Indy subscribers when a change has been made.
